About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Coed Craig, a purpose-built care home in Colwyn Bay, providing residential and dementia care for our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of care assistants to provide high-quality care to our residents.
  • Support residents with personal care needs and help them participate in various activities promoting their health and wellbeing.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in care, with a minimum NVQ level 2 in health and social care.
  • Leadership and coaching experience, with a willingness to complete level 3 qualifications.
  • A kind, caring, and patient nature, with excellent communication and listening skills.
