eXPD8 is seeking a dedicated Toy Merchandising Champion to join our team. As a key member of our field-based merchandising team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring The Entertainer concessions within Tesco stores across Swansea and West Wales are visually appealing, well-stocked, and consistently meet the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining expert knowledge of The Entertainer brand, products, and promotions to effectively train and guide your fellow merchandisers.
  • Providing comprehensive training and coaching to new and existing merchandisers on merchandising principles, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines while providing valuable feedback to our client account teams.
  • Building strong relationships with in-store colleagues, including department managers and local Entertainer Field Managers, to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.

What we're looking for:

  • A genuine enthusiasm for toys and the retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to train and coach others.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively while working independently.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional service and upholding high standards of quality.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car for business purposes, as travel across West Wales will be required.
