About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Toy Merchandising Specialist to join our team at eXPD8. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in the setup and maintenance of The Entertainer concessions within Tesco stores in the Swansea and West Wales area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Entertainer space is set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.
  • Provide coaching and training to fellow merchandisers on merchandising principles and procedures.
  • Act as a compliance champion, ensuring adherence to merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers, and local Entertainer Field Managers.
  • Provide quality feedback and category intelligence to the client account team.

Requirements:

  • Experience of merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car for business purposes.
  • Willingness to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits.
