Job Overview

As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will be part of our in-store team, providing visual support to the store by creating engaging product displays and utilizing the latest fashion trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandising
    • Implement weekly visual merchandising briefs in-store.
    • Attract and engage customers through advanced visual techniques.
    • Alternate mannequins, displays, and windows through seasons and retail events.
    • Set up and monitor in-store promotions using point-of-sale systems.
    • Analyze Oracle figures to inform product placement and floor moves.
  • Training & Development
    • Provide training and assist with team development on merchandising and display.
    • Ensure weekly development to fill future roles.
    • Communicate and provide feedback to Town Merchandiser on visual merchandising activity.
  • General
    • Work in a highly professional manner, leading by example.
    • Conduct work in a safe and responsible manner.
    • Promote high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Visual merchandising or retail experience.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creativity, imagination, and a flair for fashion.
