Job Summary:
At NursLink Homecare, we are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a valid NMC Pin and experience in mental health nursing, preferably within inpatient, outpatient, or community settings.

About the Role:

As a Mental Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with various mental health conditions, promoting recovery, independence, and well-being across different settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional care to patients experiencing acute or chronic mental health issues.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans tailored to each patient’s unique mental health needs.
  • Administer medications and therapeutic interventions while monitoring for side effects and patient response.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.


Requirements:
  • A valid NMC Pin.
  • Experience in mental health nursing, ideally within inpatient, outpatient, or community settings.
  • Knowledge of mental health legislation and the Mental Health Act.


Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.
