**Job Title:** Apprentice Administrative Coordinator
**Location:** London, UK
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apprentice Administrative Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to our heritage programs, including managing diaries, organizing meetings, and maintaining financial records.
As an Apprentice Administrative Coordinator, you will work closely with our project teams to gather and report key tracking data, track budget requests, and provide logistical support for outreach and marketing activities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. You will also have strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage diaries and organize meetings for the heritage programs team
- Maintain financial records, including tracking budget requests
- Support project teams in gathering and reporting key tracking data
- Provide logistical support for outreach and marketing activities
**Requirements:**
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
