About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Apprentice to join our team at Tag. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our account team, learn about Tag's business operations, and develop your skills in creative production processes.

You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the account, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. You will also help maintain accurate records, assist with project coordination, and support internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
  • Scheduling and Organisation: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and assist in updating systems.
  • Project Assistance: Provide support on various projects, from resource allocation to reporting.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

£24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance and pension scheme.
