Administrative Apprentice for Generali UK

We are looking for an Administrative Apprentice to support our business operations at Getting In Limited. The successful candidate will be working as an Administrative Apprentice for Generali UK, playing a key role in supporting our team.
Main Responsibilities:- Processing of incoming emails and creation of electronic folders
- Screening of company information and inputting quote information into the pricing system
- Identifying required further information and issuing declinatures when necessary
- Corresponding with intermediaries and regional offices regarding quotation progress
- Following up on issued quotations to enhance take-up rates
The role also involves working with the Technical Support Executives and Underwriters to gain an understanding of their roles within the department.
Training and Development:You will have the opportunity to complete a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
