Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assessment Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3 or 5.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us as an Assessment Professional, responsible for assessing and supporting learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care. You will deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.

You will be required to manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted, organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress, and support, advise, and motivate learners.

As an Assessment Professional, you will need to overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners' needs. Meeting Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork, and general administration is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Apprenticeship assessments in Health and Social Care at Level 3 or 5.
  • Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
  • Manage learner diaries and conduct regular reviews.
  • Organise and maintain accurate documentation on learner progress.
  • Provide guidance, advice, and motivation to learners.
Requirements
  • A recognised Assessing award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA).
  • Experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3 or 5.
  • Occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly).
  • Confident Maths and English Functional Skills delivery.
  • ICT skills and ability to use technology for remote assessments.
  • Full clean driving licence and use of a vehicle for travel.
