Job Description

Delivered by ACCESS TRAINING LIMITED, this apprenticeship program focuses on developing skills in payroll processing, client liaison, and data entry.

The successful applicant will work towards the Accounts/Finance level 2 Apprenticeship Standard, requiring strong IT skills, attention to detail, organisation skills, and a confident telephone manner.

A salary of approximately £15,000 - £18,000 per annum is expected, based on the location and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing payroll for clients using Microsoft Office and bespoke company software (Sage 50 Payroll)
  • Liaising with clients via phone and email
  • Data entry and accuracy
