About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team as the Deputy General Manager of one of our Pizzerias. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and driving commercial success in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to provide support across all management tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain and uphold high standards consistently across quality, safety, and food, ensuring a memorable experience for our customers.
  • Lead and coach your team towards achieving outstanding success, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Strive for excellence in delivering exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a memorable experience.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead a team effectively, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Financial Management: Exposure to managing a Profit and Loss statement, budgeting, or financial analysis to drive optimal performance.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Experience delivering outstanding service, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a memorable experience.
