PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Deputy Manager at a purpose-built nursing home in the Inverness area. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the care and nursing staff, supporting clinical audits, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the care and nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Support with clinical audits to ensure compliance with care inspectorate standards.
- Manage and monitor the delivery of clinical and personal care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
Requirements:
- NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD.
- Unit Manager experience in a care home setting caring for older people.
