We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager with daily operations, managing a small team, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Branch Manager with daily operations, including trade sales, customer service, and stock management.
- Manage a small team of sales and customer service representatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Process orders and manage CRM database.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Trade experience in the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
