Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our branch management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager with daily operations, managing a small team, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Branch Manager with daily operations, including trade sales, customer service, and stock management.
- Manage a small team of sales and operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Process orders and manage CRM database to ensure accurate and timely customer interactions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of branch operations, including stock management and general administration.
- Trade experience in the manufacturing or construction industry, with a strong understanding of sales and operations principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Confident IT skills, with experience using CRM systems and other business software.
