Branch Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting the branch manager with daily operations, managing a small team, and driving trade sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the branch manager with daily operations, including trade sales, customer service, and stock management.
Manage a small team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Process orders and manage stock levels to ensure efficient and effective supply chain management.
Manage the CRM database to track customer interactions and sales performance.
Requirements:
Trade experience, ideally in the manufacturing or construction industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident IT skills, including proficiency in CRM software.
