Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Branch Manager with daily operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management of the branch.
- Manage a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement trade sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Process orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring accurate customer information and sales data.

Requirements:
