Assistant Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager with daily operations, managing a small team, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Branch Manager with daily operations, including trade sales, customer service, and stock management.
- Manage a small team of sales and administration staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Process orders, manage CRM database, and perform general administration tasks.
- Trade experience in the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
