Requirements

Successful candidates must demonstrate having researched our brand and a genuine desire to be part of our team. Ideal applicants should have a minimum of three years' experience working in a restaurant environment and two years' experience at supervisor level or above.

Demonstrable ability to host and run a restaurant service is essential. Experience working in a 4* or 5* hotel environment, being a hotel Duty Manager, and holding previous training in Food Hygiene, Fire Safety, Personal License, or similar is preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
