Roundhouse is an iconic music and arts venue seeking a Clinically Minded CRM Specialist to join our team. This role will involve leading the strategy for using data to sell tickets and other products.

The Role
You will lead and deliver the strategy for using data to sell tickets and other products for Roundhouse. Your expertise will be utilised to oversee all email touchpoints and inform our social media strategy to optimise customer journeys, cultivating long-term audience engagement that drives revenue and participation.
About You
To be considered as a Clinically Minded CRM Specialist, you will need:
- Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering CRM strategies to improve engagement and drive sales
- Good knowledge of the principles and practices of digital marketing
- A commercially minded, strategic, and outcome-focused approach
- A willingness to undertake a DBS check or hold an acceptable current DBS check
