Senior Shopper Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Shopper Marketing professional to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a leading recruitment partner to the FMCG and consumer product sectors, we are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a shopper marketing plan that aligns with our brand and customer strategies.
- Lead the charge on shopper messaging and brand activation, ensuring that our products resonate with consumers at every touchpoint.
- Own the customer calendar, working closely with customer marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation and maximum impact.
- Manage key agency relationships and lead product sampling initiatives to further elevate our brands.
About You:
- A seasoned Shopper Marketing professional with a deep understanding of shopper behavior, digital platforms, and e-commerce.
- A strategic thinker who can translate brand objectives into actionable shopper marketing plans.
- A collaborator with strong relationship-building skills across teams and with external partners.
- A graduate with a focus on shopper and/or digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving results.
