Resident Focused Activities Coordinator

- Deliver a varied range of social/recreational activities for all residents, meeting their needs and reflecting their interests
- Encourage and motivate residents to participate in social/recreational activities
- Provide assistance to residents whilst participating in social/recreational activities, maintaining maximum independence
- Implement quality assurance programmes within the Wellbeing service
Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £11.44 per hour, based on industry standards and taking into account the location of the Care Centre. As a Wellbeing Assistant, you will have the chance to work closely with our team to deliver exceptional resident-focused services, while also contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
