As a Wellbeing Assistant at BEN-Motor and Allied Trades Benevolent Fund, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, resident-focused services at our Care Centre in Town Thorns, Easenhall, Rugby. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the provision of social/recreational activities that meet the needs and reflect the interests of our residents, promoting independence and quality of life within a safe and secure environment. Key Requirements:
  • Able to assist in the planning and implementation of social/recreational activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and commitment to the values of BEN-Motor and Allied Trades Benevolent Fund

Working Hours:
This is a zero-hour contract, providing flexibility for you to work on a part-time basis. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to deliver exceptional resident-focused services, while also contributing to the overall success of the organisation. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £11.44 per hour, based on industry standards and taking into account the location of the Care Centre.
