Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Wellbeing Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of social and recreational activities for all residents, which meets their needs and reflects their interests. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of social/recreational activities
  • Providing support and assistance to residents while participating in activities
  • Promoting resident participation and engagement in social/recreational activities
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality services

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues alike.
