About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Recruit Mint in St Neots.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing process equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. They will also be responsible for electrical setup and production support, as well as fault finding and repair of breakdowns.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,500-£47,000 per annum, depending on experience, with opportunities for overtime and a range of benefits including on-site free parking and childcare vouchers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring high standards of maintenance to attain factory performance goals
  2. Electrical setup and production support
  3. Fault finding and repair of breakdowns
  4. Maintaining awareness of factory safety issues and working safely at all times
  5. Preventive maintenance tasks

The shift pattern is 1758 hours per annum, consisting of 143 rostered 12-hour shifts and one 6-hour training session. The company aims to provide at least two weeks' notice for any changes to the published roster.
