The Savoy, a Fairmont Managed Hotel, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Evening Cloakroom Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring the smooth operation of our cloakrooms, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the cloakrooms are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times, including the storage and retrieval of guests' belongings.
- Monitor and maintain the supply of clean hand towels, paper products, and other essential items.
- Assist guests with directions, provide information about hotel services and amenities, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of lost and found items, and ensure their secure storage and return to guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and procedures, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
