Job Title: Evening Cloakroom Attendant

Join our esteemed team at The Savoy, a Fairmont Managed Hotel, as an Evening Cloakroom Attendant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the cloakroom area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with a focus on attention to detail and high standards.
  • Manage the storage and retrieval of guests' belongings, ensuring their safety and security.
  • Assist guests with directions and information, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on customer service and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
