About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Cloakroom and Toilet Attendant to join our team at George, a contemporary private members' club in the heart of Mayfair.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cloakroom and toilet facilities, ensuring all guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests courteously as they use the cloakroom, tagging and storing personal items securely.
  • Keep the cloakroom area organized and ensure efficient retrieval of belongings.
  • Ensure toilet facilities are kept clean, fully stocked, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Conduct regular checks of the toilets, replenishing supplies and reporting any issues to management.
  • Provide a welcoming and positive environment, offering assistance when needed.
  • Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met, adhering to venue policies.
Requirements
  • A polite and approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential – full training provided.

The successful candidate will be required to work a range of shifts including weekday evenings and weekends.
