Cloakroom Attendant Opportunity at The Standard London

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Cloakroom Attendant to join our team at The Standard London. As a key member of our door team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring all coats, bags, and personal belongings are taken care of and stored securely in our cloakroom.
  • Provide exceptional service, answering any questions and directing guests during the evening.
  • Host the cloakroom lobby area throughout the night, taking care of any misplaced items handed in for safekeeping.
  • Work collaboratively with the door team to ensure a smooth and efficient arrival and departure experience.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Cloakroom Attendant, Door Host/Hostess, or Club Receptionist, with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds.
  • Love going the extra mile to ensure our guests have an amazing experience at The Standard London.
  • Confidence in bar and door/reception operations, and the order of service.
  • Highly social, motivated, and proactive, acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
  • A flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to work shifts, including weekends and late nights.
