Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Longlands Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents, supporting their daily routines, and promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to residents, including personal care, support with daily routines, and assistance with mobility and transfers.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any concerns or incidents.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
