Job Title: NDT Technician

We are seeking a skilled NDT Technician to join our team at Michael Page Engineering & Manufacturing. As an NDT Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products by conducting non-destructive tests and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct RT, VT, MT, and PT tests and inspections on products at various stages of the production process.
  • Review part prints, procedures, and work instructions to complete testing.
  • Set up and perform non-destructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Manager on all applicable issues.
  • Document reports and corrective/preventative actions.
  • Ensure equipment operates correctly and complies with the process for the Control of Records and Document Control Process.
  • Participate in problem-solving activities to mitigate the presence of defects identified.
  • Set up and calibrate non-destructive testing equipment.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read and accurately interpret drawings/specifications.
  • Ability to use Quality Instruments, i.e., Weld gauges, micrometers, steel ruler, etc.
  • Worked in accordance with ISO 9712 for VT/MT/PT, must hold Active PCN, Squib Certificates.
  • UK driving license.
  • Valid passport.

  • Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 15:30, Friday 07:00 - 12:00.
