Job Title: Agile Test Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team on a fixed term contract. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in testing our Data Lake systems and be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Data Lake infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Test Planning and Design: Prioritize testing, develop test plans, cases, and scripts. Conduct functional, regression, and performance tests; validate data flows, ETL processes, and transformations.
  2. Agile/Scrum Participation: Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless testing and delivery.
  3. Technical Expertise: Expertise in data testing, tools (SQL, Nutter, DAX Studio), and Data Lake technologies (Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, Databricks).
  4. Background and Experience: Background as a Systems Tester or QA Engineer, with ETL, data warehousing, and test automation tools.

Working Pattern: Mon-Fri
