About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team at Royal London. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of software quality.

Your primary focus will be on creating and executing test cases to validate software functionality and identify defects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to specify requirements for environment, data, resources, and tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Identifying and reporting defects to the development team
  • Collaborating with developers to reproduce and resolve defects
  • Providing guidance and assistance to colleagues on test planning and execution
  • Guiding team members on testing practices and prioritizing tasks to achieve results ready for milestones

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Test Analyst who is passionate about delivering high-quality software products. You will have a strong understanding of testing techniques and software tools, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams.
