Non-Destructive Testing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled NDT Technician to join our team at Michael Page Engineering & Manufacturing. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of materials and products throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct non-destructive tests on materials, parts, and products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics.
- Review part prints, procedures, and work instructions to complete testing.
- Set up and calibrate non-destructive testing equipment.
- Coordinate with the Quality Manager on all applicable issues.
- Document reports and corrective/preventative actions.
- Ensure equipment operates correctly and complies with the process for the Control of Records and Document Control Process.
- Participate in problem-solving activities to mitigate the presence of defects identified.
- Ability to read and accurately interpret drawings/specifications.
- Ability to use quality instruments, such as weld gauges, micrometers, and steel rulers.
- Experience working in accordance with ISO 9712 for VT/MT/PT and holding active PCN and Squib certificates.
- UK driving license and valid passport.
- An annual salary of £40,000 + overtime.
