Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Manage employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information in our HR system.
- Process employee and payroll changes, and provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Support the HR team with various tasks and projects, including right to work checks and visa requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong administration experience, with a focus on HR or recruitment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Arrangements:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
- Competitive hourly rate.
