At Careline Lifestyles, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Activities Co-ordinator to join our team. As an Activities Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have access to a range of leisure activities that cater to their interests and abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support guests to lead as full a life as possible by regularly assessing their skills, abilities, and preferences.
  • Organise and deliver a variety of activities, both within the Home and on outings, to promote social, emotional, communication, and independent living skills.
  • Offer support and assistance to guests who require it, ensuring that all activities are safe and accessible.
  • Contribute to guests' care plans, focusing on their progression, development, and fulfillment.
  • Assist in carrying out risk assessments and ensuring that all risk assessment proposals are implemented.
  • Take responsibility for Health & Safety issues, reporting any dangers to self and others.
  • Maintain accurate and clear daily records of work practice, adhering to established record-keeping and confidentiality policies.
  • Report any changes in guests' condition to the Manager or Senior Care on duty.
  • Adhere to all aspects of confidentiality and not discuss company or guest information with unauthorized individuals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers, contributing positively to meetings and training events.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing situations.
