Learning Support Worker Vacancy

This role involves working as a Behaviour Support Assistant to help students manage their behaviour in Birmingham.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored behaviour plans in collaboration with teachers and other professionals.
  • Conduct regular observations to assess student progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in SEND and behaviour management.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and share findings with relevant parties.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • An Enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this position.
  • Previous experience supporting students with SEND is preferred.
  • A teaching qualification that demonstrates knowledge of effective teaching practices is required.
  • Proven ability to manage challenging situations in a professional manner.
