About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Hyatt Regency and Hyatt House Manchester. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Manage tables efficiently, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

About You:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. You will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
