About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service. You'll work closely with your team to ensure seamless service delivery and create memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Interaction - Greet guests, take orders, and provide a friendly and professional service.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation - Ensure prompt preparation and serving of food and beverages.
  • Upselling and Sales - Offer food and beverage recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Cash Handling - Accurately handle cash, card, and other forms of payment.
  • Environmental Services - Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Setup and Clearing - Set up and clear tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Conference and Events Service - Serve guests in our conference and events areas.
  • Room Service - Assist with room service orders as required.
  • Customer Service - Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Health and Safety - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Training and Development - Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
