Newbury College is seeking an experienced Governor with a background in Education to join our Governing Board. As a key member of the Corporation, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the College and supporting the delivery of excellent educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the strategic direction of the College and monitor progress towards achieving its objectives
  • Contribute to the review and evaluation of effective practice and personalised provision for SEND students
  • Support the development of the College's annual budget and ensure effective resource management

We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about SEND practices, enthusiastic about education, and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of students and staff.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience
