About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist to lead our paediatric team. As a specialist physiotherapy team lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children with complex conditions, working closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, and leading a team of physiotherapists to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • To lead and manage a team of physiotherapists in the delivery of high-quality care to children with complex conditions.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of our patients.
  • To provide clinical supervision and training to junior staff members.
  • To contribute to the development of service policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in physiotherapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Advanced level knowledge and skills in paediatric physiotherapy, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £54,597 - £64,099 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
