Job Title: 2nd Line Application Support
Location: Hitchin (full-time onsite)
Industry: Property
Estimated Salary: £34,500 - £38,500 per annum
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to provide technical support for web and mobile applications to business partners and end-users.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide second-line support via ticketing systems
- Update systems/documentation with relevant information
- Work closely with stakeholders to guide system changes, fixes and developments
- Escalate complex issues to Application Specialists where applicable
- Deliver training and advice on mobile and web applications
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Previous experience in supporting TotalMobile Mobilise, TotalMobile Connect or Trimble Fieldview
- Experience working with ServiceNow
- Minimum of three years' experience within a similar role
- Database experience - SQL/MySQL
