Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated and resilient Team Leader to join our team at Bradshaw House in Congleton, Cheshire.

We provide specialized person-centred support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, autism, and mental health issues. As a Team Leader, you will oversee the smooth running of our Supported Living Services, ensuring that individuals achieve their outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to our Support Workers
  • Completing regular audits, checks, supervisions, and spot checks
  • Updating and reviewing support plans
  • Scheduling and allocating work to Support Workers
  • Supporting with medication, accessing the community, and finance management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities, autism, and mental health issues
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader (advantageous but not essential)
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (with willingness to work towards Level 3)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

This role requires an enhanced DBS check and a driving licence with access to a vehicle (desirable due to travelling between services).
