About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing support to our Supported Living Services, working closely with our Manager to ensure the smooth running of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, autism, and mental health issues
  • Oversee the scheduling and allocation of work to Support Workers
  • Support with medication, accessing the community, and finance management
  • Conduct regular audits, checks, supervisions, and spot checks to ensure high-quality care
  • Update and review support plans to ensure individuals achieve their outcomes

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities, autism, and mental health issues
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (with a willingness to work towards Level 3)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS check and a driving licence with access to a vehicle (desirable)
