As a Soft Play Team Leader at Greene King, you will be responsible for leading by example in maintaining high standards of play for all children, while promoting a happy yet safe atmosphere. You will oversee the soft play area and assist parents with any needs, ensuring a clean and tidy environment at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
  • Dealing with enquiries by telephone in a warm and friendly manner
  • Ensuring a clean and tidy environment at all times and ensuring that the reception area is tidy and ready for service at all times
  • Helping to organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork
  • Helping to create a fun, exciting and safe environment so that every customer leaves wanting to return
