About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Leader to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing support to our Supported Living Services, ensuring that individuals receive the highest quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized person-centred support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, autism, and mental health issues.
  • Work closely with the Manager of Scotia House to oversee the smooth running of services, completing regular audits, checks, supervisions, spot checks, and updating support plans.
  • Schedule and allocate work to Support Workers, support with medication, accessing the community, and finance management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities, autism, and mental health issues.
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader is advantageous but not essential.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and willingness to work towards Level 3.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enhanced DBS check and driving license with access to a vehicle (desirable).
