Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated and resilient Team Leader to join our team at Bradshaw House in Congleton, Cheshire.

We provide specialized person-centred support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, autism, and mental health issues. As a Team Leader, you will oversee the smooth running of our Supported Living Services, ensuring that individuals achieve their outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include scheduling and allocating work to Support Workers, supporting with medication, accessing the community, and finance management. You will also work closely with the Manager of Scotia House to ensure the consistent approach to care.

We offer a range of benefits, including a NEST pension, opportunities for career progression, and a fully structured induction and support for all new starters. You will also have the opportunity to recommend a friend and receive a minimum payment of £100 per recommendation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities, autism, and mental health issues. An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is also required, with a willingness to work towards Level 3. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as a willingness to learn in line with client needs and expectations.

This role requires an enhanced DBS check and a driving licence with access to a vehicle would be desirable due to travelling between services.

About Radis Community Care:

We are an established provider of community-based social care and support, focused on supporting people to live independently in their own homes and part of their local communities. We care for a range of service users, including the elderly and those with physical and/or learning disabilities. Our care ranges from brief daily visits to 24-hour live-in care and can either be short or long-term.
