About the Role:

The Adult Social Care vision in Hull is of 'a life not a service'. As a Support Organiser within our Hoots Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering this vision by championing promoting peoples' skills and abilities to optimise their independence and maintain their own support networks.

You will direct staff to engage and implement Adult Social Care values, vision, and strategy to support people to have a life not a service and to safeguard them from harm. This will involve assisting in the delivery of the Hoots Service with constant competing demands, facilitating out of hours between 10pm and 6am, 7 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct staff to engage and implement Adult Social Care values, vision, and strategy
  • Champion promoting peoples' skills and abilities to optimise their independence and maintain their own support networks
  • Assist in the delivery of the Hoots Service with constant competing demands

Requirements:

  • GCSE grade C or above in maths and English or equivalent
