Job Title: Finance Functional Consultant

Ricoh is seeking a highly skilled Finance Functional Consultant to join our team in Watford. As a key member of our IT Solution Design team, you will be responsible for leading the solution design and implementation of key IT projects in the Finance & Leasing workstream.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the solution design and implementation of key IT projects in the Finance & Leasing workstream.
  • Coordinate with partner teams on configuration, testing, and training.
  • Be a key IT point of contact for Ricoh finance teams.
  • Assist in expanding and refining system requirements, design, and implementation of system changes to support process improvements.
  • Provide information to support key decisions and recommendations to executive management on current and future business area processes and policies.
  • Take ownership of specific projects within the finance area of the business, managing communications and coordination with other internal teams and third-party partners to deliver to project timelines.
Requirements:
  • Broad Oracle Financials experience.
  • Ability to work on projects that could impact any of the financial modules.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and understand data and information quickly.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written. A second European language (French, Spanish, or German) is useful but not essential.
  • Experience of using Oracle finance applications (e.g. Oracle eBusiness 11i, R12, Fusion).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Some European travel may be required.
