About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Analyst to join our team at Williams Racing. As a key member of our Reward team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and delivery of our reward strategy across the organization.

About the Team:

Our Reward team is responsible for designing and implementing reward programs that attract, retain, and motivate our talented employees. We are looking for a skilled Rewards Analyst who is passionate about creating and delivering innovative reward solutions that align with our business goals.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in reward and remuneration, with experience in maintaining compensation and grading structures, fixed and variable pay analysis, remuneration reviews, benchmarking, and job evaluation. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of cyclical reward activities, including annual remuneration review processes, and will work closely with internal departments to provide accurate data and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of annual remuneration review processes, including data validation and integrity checks, remuneration review systems build in HR systems, testing, and verifying bonus and calculations.
  • Support reward reporting and analytics, working alongside internal departments to co-ordinate and provide accurate data.
  • Ensure optimization of the cost cap.
  • Conduct benchmarking using Willis Towers Watson, and other surveys/forums, including input into annual surveys, ad-hoc benchmarking requests, or benchmarking projects across Williams.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the reward/job architecture framework.
  • Support wider reward team activities during peak times in the year.
  • Support total reward projects at Williams and drive continuous improvement through knowledge of reward best practice, market insights, and through engaging with Williams employees.
  • Support employee queries on reward topics.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reward Analyst who has a strong understanding of reward and remuneration concepts. You will have a proven track record of delivering reward solutions that meet business objectives, and will be able to communicate complex reward concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous proven experience working in a similar role.
  • Specialist knowledge of reward and an understanding of remuneration reviews, fixed and variable pay, grading structures, benchmarking, job evaluation, and reward systems and processes.
  • Competency in using reward technology, as well as MS Excel.
  • Wider knowledge and understanding of reward and regulation in order to support with BAU and reward project work.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot trends and propose recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge of reward and broader HR processes and policies.
  • Basic commercial awareness of the external market and an understanding of industry developments in remuneration.
  • Ability to analyse and evaluate complex data and evolving data sources to recommend reward solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong and confident interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing, are required.
