Williams Racing is seeking a skilled Reward Analyst to support the delivery of cyclical reward activities and key projects to deliver on aspects of the reward strategy. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with managers across the organization to communicate key reward messages and work closely with external providers on various aspects of the total reward offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain compensation and grading structures, fixed and variable pay analysis, remuneration reviews, benchmarking, and job evaluation
  • Support the delivery of annual remuneration review processes, including data validation and integrity checks, remuneration review systems build in HR systems, testing, and verifying bonus and calculations
  • Conduct benchmarking using Willis Towers Watson and other surveys/forums, including input into annual surveys, ad hoc benchmarking requests, or benchmarking projects across Williams Racing
  • Support total reward projects at Williams Racing and drive continuous improvement through knowledge of reward best practice, market insights, and engaging with employees

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of reward and broader HR processes and policies, basic commercial awareness of the external market, and an understanding of industry developments in remuneration. They will also have the ability to analyze and evaluate complex data and evolving data sources to recommend reward solutions.
